Tomatos and Green Beans Salad

You need:
Wax beans 1/2-1 lb
Three tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion
10 leaves basil, cut into strips
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
S& P to taste


Trim your beans nicely, perhaps considering a Brazilian. Then drop
them into some boiling water for 5 minutes, until they're cooked but
still snap like a beatnik at a poetry reading.
Hit those beans with cold water and set on bottom of plate. Arrange
with tomatoes, red onion and basil, sprinkle some oil and vinegar on
top, let sit for about 15 minutes, then salt it up and enjoy!

There is plenty of gozo at Rio Gozo Farm. That is JOY in Spanish and joy is one of the most dependable products we have. Gozo is commonly found in gardens and farms. Once you get a little gozo up and going it is very tolerant of most pests, withstands dry periods, and grows with a modicum of fertilizer. After gozo becomes a staple of one's diet, it goes with about anything. Actually folks crave it so much it is a wonder everyone does not have a patch of it growing close at hand. Grab up some gozo and get with the flow.
