You've read about CSA, checked out the haul, conferred with your household, subscribed to the blog, bought a bigger refrigerator and a juicer, and become a fan of Rio Gozo Farm Ventura CSA on Facebook- you're ready to join the CSA!
Next step is email us for a membership contract and read the fine print.  You are about to embark on a relationship with your farmer and it will require mutual trust.  Here's what we promise.

Read it, select preferred delivery day, sign it, send it to riogozofarm@gmail.com and cross your fingers that there will be space.  It may be necessary to wait till an available opening or time in the billing cycle.  We'll get back to you promptly; and we hope to be putting food on your table soon.

Support Locally Grown Food

There is plenty of gozo at Gozo Farm. That is JOY in Spanish and joy is one of the most dependable products we have. It is a shame that gozo is not more commonly found in gardens and farms. Gozo seeds are not difficult to procure but they can be a challenge to start. Once you get a little gozo up and going though it is very tolerant of most pests, can withstand dry periods, and can grow with a modicum of fertilizer. Folks never tire of a little gozo, even if its leftover. After gozo becomes a staple of one's diet, it goes with about anything. Actually folks crave it so much it is a wonder everyone does not have a patch of it growing close at hand. Grab up some gozo and get with the flow.
