This is super helpful!!! Thank you!! I already keep most of my fresh herbs on the counter in water for the same reason. But I never thought about my greens... I love it!!

The past year I have been using my chard, kale, and lettuce as floral arrangements in the kitchen or on the dining room table. I get a full week enjoyment from them (but you have to change the kale water... it can become stinky)
